Refund & Returns Policy
Please return any item to us within 30 days.
Items must be unused and in the original packaging. Please contact us in the first instance at firstname.lastname@example.org for details of where to return your item. All postage costs are non-refundable.
If an item has been damaged in transit please notify us immediately at email@example.com
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a seven days.
If you have not received your refund after this time please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You may return an item to us if it is defective or damaged and we will replace the same item and pay for the postage costs incurred.
If you are returning an item please be sure to obtain a Proof of Postage or tracking number.
